Hello, for those that don’t already know me my name is Amand Lazo, I am a South Texas native, born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX. I am a graduate of Mary Carroll High School and Texas A&M Corpus Christi.. Like most natives I didn’t choose to remain a resident because I love the cold, instead I prefer the warm weather and our local beaches.
Although my core studies are Criminal Justice and Business Administration, my career path took a turn towards Housing Counseling and Homeownership about eight years ago. I have six (6) plus years working as a HUD Housing Counselor but recently decided to enter the world of Real Estate.
I developed very early on a passion for bringing others to the realization of homeownership. In my previous positions I provided housing counseling from the very basics of financial management to being ready to purchase.
